Where to stay in Montenegro?

If you plan to visit Dubrovnik in Croatia or some incredible places in Bosnia and Herzegovina, you may consider Herceg Novi in the northern part of the Montenegrin coast as a place to stay. At least for some time of your vacation.

So people in touristic regions have opportunities to earn much more. But people in the northern regions have much lower incomes and can be considered poor. But they are not actually poor. They can just afford less.
